YOGA
Yoga classes are regularly conducted by Mrs. ILA
Gupta in the temple. Each session includes Breath work (Pranayama),
Yoga Asanas, Relaxation (Meditation) and Energy Healing. Classes
are FREE of charge and anyone can join at any level.

The restrain of the vital airs (Prana-s) means their control, which is known as Pranayama. The mind can be made relatively quiet by this method. According to Astanaga Yoga has three aspects Purak (Inhalation), Kumbhaka (retention) and Recak (exhalation). Pranayama shows the systematic way of regulating and controlling breath.
Asanas or Yoga postures are good for different internal organs and glands. They also promote the free flow of energy. Asanas help to loosen muscles and joints. It has been found that bodily postures can affect the development of mental attitude.
Relaxation through meditation which is the art of making mind still where one enters a state of mind where there no thoughts.
Energy Healing is a complementary health care based on understanding and using the Human Energy Conscious system to remove energetic blocks that may lead to dis-ease. Energy Healing can assist and relieve
